The Mid-Atlantic Center for Children’s Health and the Environment (MACCHE) and Alliance of Nurses for Healthy Environments (ANHE) are hosting a full day event with, and for, local advocates and health professionals at the Inn at Villanova. Nurses who attend and stay until 5 PM can receive 5.75 contact hours. For nurses who stay for the film "Trash & Burn" and the panel presentation, 7.25 contact hours will be awarded. Social work CEs will be provided - pending approval. All health professionals and community and health advocates are invited to attend!

The film "Trash & Burn" by Bilal Motley, follows Zulene Mayfield's decades long fight to stop the nation's largest trash incinerator from polluting her small town of Chester, PA. We will be joined by both Bilal Motley and Zulene Mayfield for the panel presentation.
