Position Description
Locums - A well-known health system has a Cardiothoracic Surgery PA opportunity available in New Jersey.
- Certified Physician Assistant
- Start ASAP for ongoing need
- Mon-Fri: 8-10 hour days in house
- Night call; 6p-6a
- Weekend call; Friday 6p-Mon 6a (call and rounding from 7a-12p Sat/Sun)
- Inpatient setting
- Min 2-3 years experience required; first assist in OR, chest tubes, endoscopic retrieval, retrieval of vascular tissues for use of bypass conduit
- Endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) required
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Active NJ license, NCCPA certification, BLS and ACLS required
- Competitive hourly rate, mileage and malpractice provided
