A reputable healthcare organization in upstate New York is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing Cardiology team. Opportunity Highlights• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule• Mix of inpatient and outpatient cardiology responsibilities• Conduct new patient evaluations, hospital consults, and follow-up visits• Participate in stress testing, medication management, and chronic disease management• Coordinate diagnostic testing, patient education, and discharge planning• Collaborative team environment with cardiologists and interdisciplinary staff• EMR: eClinicalWorks

Compensation & Benefits• Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $155,000 annually, commensurate with experience• Eligibility for productivity-based incentives• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, CME allowance, PTO, and malpractice coverage

Candidate Profile• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant eligible for New York State licensure• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required• Cardiology experience preferred but not required• Strong clinical skills, communication abilities, and patient-centered approach
